Strategy Phase

So you’ve taken the leap and have booked your branding project, yay!

At this point, you’ll fill out my Mindful Brand Strategy Client Workbook which will be the first step of getting real deep in your head. In the workbook, we go over your vision, purpose, goals, and more. With this extensive info, I am able to strategize and uncover your unique voice, exactly who your audience is, and how we can best connect with them. If we feel a 1:1 conversation is needed, that is included as well as follow up!

Next, I’ll dig deep into our session and create a Moodboard and Custom Brand Strategy for the direction of your brand. The strategy always includes priorities, unique voice, ideal client, brand tone, competitor analysis and much more to make sure we’re both aligned with the vision moving forward.

Concept Development Phase

Once the strategy and moodboard is approved, I’ll start the visual exploration and concept development phase based on that direction.

After exploring multiple possibilities, I present the 2-3 strongest designs to you in the form of two unique Concept Stylesheets and an in-depth Concept Presentation PDF. All concept presentations include your primary logo, secondary logo, brand marks, color palette and many other unique branding elements and even implementation examples. You then receive 2 rounds of revisions to refine your concept of choice.*

After final revisions and approval on your brand identity, I then design your in-depth Brand Guidelines PDF, which is a complex guide book (so you feel confident implementing your brand in real life).

Collateral, Social, & Website Mockup Design

At this point we can get started on any additional items we included in your package. Many businesses choose to include Social Media Styling in their project, or the Home Page web mockup. We will also work on your business card and any other collateral add-ons that you needed to really make your brand shine.

Finalize & Launch

Now that your brand is wrapped up, I export your deliverables in a well-organized zip folder containing all of your brand elements, and your print-ready collateral pieces. Once delivered, you will have a clear and effective brand identity and toolbox that is easy to use and competitively positions you in your niche, all while creating a lasting impact with your audience.
